Full of flavor, the corn tortilla was unbelievable. They were the best Tacos any of us had ever had. For Dinner 3 of us had Tacos: Grilled Agave Chile Shrimp, Shortribs & Blue Corn, Shrimp Taco Dorado, Garlic Ribeye Steak Taco and Taco Bufalada. We all loved it, the flavors truly were perfect, the mushrooms excellent and the Chorizo fabulous. A bit pricey but well worth it! We split an appetizer which was excellent: Chorizo & Mushrooms Con Queso. Enjoy the flavors of SOL Mexican Cocina at your home or office. We ordered a few of their more interesting margaritas: Blackberry Ginger, Jalapeno, and Cadillac Margaritas. Went with friends for dinner this past week (we were able to sit inside) and it was great to see the 6 foot rule in place, if not more than 6 feet! The service was very good, friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations.
